Principles

This subscription assumes the following course of action:

  • all communication, consultation and actions through one central contact person at the customer’s site
  • all communication and actions only via e-mail and the monthly call
  • all consultations and actions can be carried out remotely
  • available time for consultations and actions in subscription month not cumulative with other months
  • additional required support always in consultation and on a project or flexible Expert Time Packs
  • payment of subscription no later than last day of previous month
  • payment of subscription only automatically by credit card
  • payment of Google Ads separately and directly between customer and Google
